Soothing and refreshing falooda recipe, beverage cum desert which is needed in the hot days of summer. Falooda is a ice-cream desert which is very popular among different countries.People likes it very much as it helps in reducing the hotness and also because of several benefits of basil seeds. This pleasing beverage is favoured rose syrup with an amazing combination of basil seeds, vermicelli and ice-cream of your choice.so, let's begin with the recipe.

  1. Boil the two cup milk and keep stirring to avoid the milk from sticking to the underside.
  2. Once the milk boils add some sugar and let the milk boil for 3-4 minutes.
  3. After that get the milk off the flame and let it cool down completely and then refrigerate it for couple of hours.
  4. Once the milk is chilled, add the rose syrup to that and provide it a stir.
  5. In the glass add half an hour soaked sabja followed by vermicelli.And then add strawberry jelly and also the milk.
  6. Add scoop of ice-cream to the falooda and garnish it with finely chopped almonds and pistachio.
